August 1, 2026 – Blue Sky Innovative Solutions is pleased to announce the addition of the Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services (HACS) Special Item Number (SIN 54151HACS) and the Cloud SIN (SIN 518210C) to its GSA Multiple Award Schedule. These additions further strengthen our ability to deliver secure, innovative, and mission-focused technology solutions to federal agencies.

The addition of these SINs expands Blue Sky’s GSA Schedule offerings and provides government customers with an even broader range of capabilities through a trusted and established acquisition vehicle. Federal agencies can now access a more comprehensive portfolio of technology and professional services designed to support evolving mission requirements.

The HACS SIN enhances Blue Sky’s ability to deliver advanced cybersecurity services through the GSA Schedule. Blue Sky Innovative Solutions Achieves CMMC C3PAO Level 2 Certification

September 23, 2025 – Blue Sky Innovative Solutions, LLC is proud to announce that it has achieved Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 certification following an independent assessment by a Certified Third-Party Assessment Organization (C3PAO). This certification demonstrates that Blue Sky has implemented and validated the cybersecurity practices required to protect Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) in accordance with Department of Defense requirements. For federal customers, this provides added confidence that Blue Sky can support missions involving sensitive government information with the security discipline, governance, and operational controls required across the Defense Industrial Base.

CMMC Level 2 certification through a C3PAO is a significant achievement for any government contractor and remains a meaningful differentiator for small businesses supporting the Department of Defense and other federal agencies. The certification reflects Blue Sky’s continued investment in secure operations, risk management, and compliance readiness as cybersecurity requirements become increasingly central to federal acquisition.

“Protecting our customers’ information is a mission responsibility,” said Melissa Peterson, CEO of Blue Sky Innovative Solutions. “Achieving CMMC Level 2 certification through a C3PAO gives our customers confidence that Blue Sky has independently validated cybersecurity practices in place to safeguard CUI and support secure mission execution.”

With this achievement, Blue Sky is well positioned to support agencies and prime contractors that require trusted partners capable of meeting rigorous cybersecurity requirements while delivering mission-focused technology, management, and operational support services.
